Certifications and Production Standards
Our company in Thailand specialises in a wide range of aluminium fabrication solutions, including aluminium extrusion profiles. We can also produce a variety of alloys according to customer specifications. Our manufacturing processes, including chemical conversions, mechanical operations, and tolerances, are controlled according to the JIS H4001:2015 Japanese standard and other nations’ equivalents. Additionally, we have international ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and Thai TIS 284-1987 certification for our quality management systems.
In addition to our aluminium extrusion services, we offer various post-production surface finishing options. Our products can be finished using an anodising process, which creates a durable, corrosion-resistant surface. Anodising can ensure a long lifespan and colour stability for your products, giving them an aesthetically pleasing, easy to maintain exterior. You can also finish your parts with a powder coating, giving them a range of interesting textures or colours to suit your needs. Powder coating is a preferred colouring method since it is more environmentally friendly than paint.
