The Extrusion Method for Aluminium Forming

The aluminium extrusion process starts when a large cylinder of material is heated to 450-500 degrees Celcius, so it is soft but remains in solid form. Then, the heated metal is pushed through a container with an extrusion die at the opposite end. As the material is pushed in, it exits through the die, moulding it into the desired shape.
